CW Fletcher expands into new sectors. During this diversification, CW Fletcher begins manufacture of a square tube designed to support nuclear fuel rods destined for Harwell, the first reactor that was built in Britain.
1950
1980's
CW Fletcher further expands work in the nuclear decommissioning industry, with CW Fletcher beginning its close relationship with British Nuclear Fuels Ltd (BNFL), now known as Sellafield Ltd.
CW Fletcher signs the Supply Chain Charter for Nuclear Decommissioning sites, agreeing and working to the set of principles outlined in the charter- including good working relations and an emphasis on collaboration across the NDA Estate supply chain.
2018
2022
CW Fletcher and Sellafield enter a 5 year Framework Agreement for the supply of a range of cans that support decommissioning. This is a testment to our long standing relationship with Sellafield.
