CNC Miller


You will be responsible for machining sensitive aerospace components in line with the Master Production Schedule. The candidate must have experience in aerospace machining and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
  • Experience in machining sensitive or critical aerospace components
  • Experience in operating and setting CNC Milling machines. DMG and Mazak preferred.
  • Experience in self inspection and recording results of produced components.
  • Demonstrate a good level of numeracy / literacy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to used multiple control systems.
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of tooling.
  • Ability to work part of a team or individually.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to follow SWI & procedures.
  • Have a questioning attitude to improvements and 5’s

Maintenance and Facilities Manager


As the Maintenance and Facilities Manager you shall ensure the smooth running of company buildings, equipment and utilities. You must work closely with all members of the organisation at all levels (employees, management, directors etc.) to develop, implement and monitor strategies, policies and procedures to minimises operational downtime. You will have overall responsibility for subcontractors on site and ensure RAMS are adhered to al all times.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
  • Degree or NVQ4 in a relevant Engineering discipline or served a full engineering apprenticeship.
  • NEBOSH Qualification or relevant qualification.
  • Significant engineering experience including a management role managing people.
  • Strong leader with demonstrable experience in delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of a best practice Maintenance and Reliability strategy.
  • Strong culture of Health and Safety and will have led various safety initiatives throughout your career.
  • Results driven individual, you will be relentless in your approach for excellence and will have strong influencing skills to ensure others are fully engaged in your approach.
  • You will possess excellent reporting skills and will communicate effectively across all levels of the business.

£35,000-£43,000 (depending on experience and qualification)

Working hours are 7.15am-4pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7.15am-12.15pm (Friday).
