Sales Co-ordinator

Role

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented individual who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, to help us grow for the future. You will be a single point of contact for all customers, communicating all customer delivery commitments and taking responsibility for delivery adherence to all customers.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:

  • Relevant experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • Experience working with EFACS or other MRP/ERP systems.
  • An understanding of production planning principles.
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.

CNC Miller

Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC miller to join CW Fletcher. You will be responsible for machining sensitive aerospace components in line with the Master Production Schedule. The candidate must have experience in aerospace machining and be able to work alone or as part of a team.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
  • Experience in machining sensitive or critical aerospace components
  • Experience in operating and setting CNC Milling machines. DMG & Mazak preferred.
  • Experience in self inspection and recording results of produced components.
  • Demonstrate a good level of numeracy / literacy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use multiple control systems.
Essential Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of tooling.
  • Ability to work part of a team or individually.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Understanding of how to follow SWI & procedures.

Customer Experience Specialist

Role

CW Fletcher are looking for a charismatic and friendly individual who has strong customer service skills to join the team here at Sterling Works! Part of the Business Development team, you will also be responsible for research analysis of new potential customers, supporting the online marketing strategy and being part of the export committee; considering and resolving any issues regarding strategic export control issues, laws and regulations. 

·        Being the face of C W Fletcher & Sons providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all
         visitors.

·        Be the main lead for customer / visitor experience and satisfaction leading improvement
         drives, collating customer feedback, testimonials and leading a continuous improvement
         drive on customer satisfaction.

·        Complete weekly reviews of potential and new customer tenders’ opportunities reporting into
         the Business Development team.

·        Complete research and analysis of potential customers in adjacent industries to ones that
         CW Fletcher currently work in, to better inform our online marketing and customer contact
         procedure

·        Support the creation and maintenance of our CW Fletcher content calendar as part of our
         online marketing process

·        Being part of the Export Committee, considering and resolving any day-to-day issues which
         occur- as well as more strategic export control issue, laws and regulations

·        Support the maintenance of our LTAs with existing customers.

·        Review and monitor CCTV and ensure ITAR compliance.

·        Providing cover where needed for our Business Development Team.

·        Complete all reasonable Receptionist duties including:

·        Answering telephone calls, transferring, diverting and forwarding messages

·        Administering all incoming and outgoing post

·        Assisting and directing visitors in line with ITAR compliance

·        Respond to general enquiries from the website

·        Monitor and update systems and documents

·        Provide administrative support to other departments as and when required

·        Monitor supplies, including office materials, cleaning equipment etc.

37.5 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid break)
8:00am – 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
8:00am – 13:30pm (Fridays)
