Turning
C. W. Fletcher & Sons Limited turning section comprises of several machines from Traub to Heid. Our collection of turning machines enables us to produce various components ranging in size.
Our range of machines offer the capability to mill, turn and work to fine tolerances from bar up to 6mm diameter, to turn between centres up to 1500mm length at 800mm diameter. The range of machines also offer a variety of work folding methods including power chucking up to 1250mm diameter. With the use of probes we are also able to perform in-process gauging.
In additions to our C.N.C. Turning machines we also have conventional machines.
