This assembly comprises of two forged titanium rings that are machined to aerospace standards.

The centre section is titanium sheet that is formed in two halves and then fabricated.

The entire assembly is precision rotary welded, plasma coated and dynamically balanced.

This assembly comprises two Nimonic flanges that are CNC machined to aerospace tolerance.

The centre section is Nimonic sheet that is formed and stress relieved prior to assembly.

The entire assembly is precision rotary welded, and turned, milled and ground using CNC machines.

The holes are spark eroded with high precision.

This assembly comprises of three 6-4 Titanium flanges, which are machined on a CNC machine, and precision rotary welded to two fabricated 6-4 titanium tube.

The entire assembly is then machined.

18/8 stainless steel fabricated cone. Body is rolled, welded and expanded and the end is then press formed. A resistance welded stiffener ring and anchor nuts are fitted.

This assembly comprises of two 6/4 Titanium forged rings, which are conventionally and CNC machined to aerospace tolerances.

The centre sections are produced from Titanium sheet, which is rolled and expanded to its finished size.

The entire assembly is precision rotary welded, and turned, milled and drilled using CNC machines.

Jethete casting with tightly toleranced holes and faces machined on a five axis CNC machine.

SPLITTER TRAY

Pressed and machined component produced from Inco 718, a nickel based heat-resisting alloy. The component is hot formed, heat-treated and handset. The profiles are water jet cut and then CNC milled to achieve very tight positional tolerances.

A Jethete assembly comprising of 4 possess, including a radius top cap with 4,623 laser-drilled holes. These holes are 2,3mm diameter and are drilled in three groups.

The assembly is fusion welded and X-rayed. The outer flange is resistance welded to the main body.

Assemblies produced from nickel alloy sheet. Ribs are press formed and seam welded on to the back plate. The assembly is then heat-treated.

18/8 stainless steel assembly formed on our CNC pressbrake with extra bracket attached by resistance welding.

FUEL DRAINS TANK

Stainless steel tank produced in two halves, each consisting of a pressing with a welded in boss. Bosses are CNC milled and turned before welding. The two halves are then welded together and hand set. All welds are X-rayed.
